What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
The short version
This site has no advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels and no cookies of its own. We collect information in exactly one place: the contact form, when you choose to fill it in.
What we collect
When you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, phone number (if you give one), event details and message you type into the form. We use it to reply to you and to plan the event you ask about. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
When any page loads, our hosting provider records standard server information — IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp — for security and abuse prevention. This is ordinary web server logging, not profiling.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare hosts this site, serves it, and provides the Turnstile spam check on our form. Turnstile is designed to verify you are not a bot without profiling you or tracking you across sites.
Our email provider delivers form submissions to our inbox.
Both are contracted processors acting on our instructions.
Children
Some Outlet events include participants under 18. This website does not collect information about children; bookings and participant details for an event are arranged directly with the adult or organization making the booking.
Nothing from the contact form is stored on this website. There is no database behind it. The submission becomes an email to Outlet and that email is the only copy.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in our email for as long as we may reasonably need them to plan and run your event, and are deleted when they are no longer relevant. Server logs are retained by our host on their standard short retention schedule.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact [email protected] or call 207-420-5088 and we will act on it.
Changes
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and change the date below.
