Terms of Service
The terms that apply to this website and to Outlet's event services.
Who we are
Outlet L.L.C., doing business as Outlet Events & Entertainment ("Outlet", "we"), produces events — the Outlet Games, corporate half-days and celebrations, collegiate competitions, graduation parties, family reunions and birthdays — in Maine. This site describes those services and lets you contact us about them.
Using this site
You may use this site to learn about Outlet and to contact us. You agree not to use it to send spam, to attempt to access systems you are not authorized to access, or to interfere with its operation.
The content of this site — text, photographs, logo and design — belongs to Outlet or its licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without permission.
Events and bookings
Every event is quoted individually as a customized proposal. A booking is confirmed when we confirm it to you in writing, by email or text, together with the deposit, cancellation and weather terms for that event.
Prices, deposit and cancellation terms are those stated in your written booking confirmation. If Outlet has to cancel, we will reschedule or refund in full.
Payment is due as invoiced. Outlet accepts Venmo and other methods agreed at booking.
Participants under 18
Events for participants under 18 are contracted with a parent, legal guardian, school or organization, who is responsible for the booking, for payment, and for supervision outside of the event activities themselves.
Physical activity
Outlet events involve physical activity. Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for confirming they are fit to do so. Tell us about any condition we should know about before an event.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Outlet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date below shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
